I am the CEO of an international company. Every year our company has an annual summit. This year we had sudden change of plans and decided to take our chances and have our summit at the Multi Rest House in Tsakhadzor despite all the previous negative reviews and boy were we impressed! We had a group of 40 people and we rented 10 cottages and had a perfect and unforgettable 4 days. The management was humble, super-accommodating, actually listened to our needs, and went out of their way to make our event a success and our stay a comfortable one. Special thanks to Nina, the event coordinator, who made sure all our events ran perfectly hour by hour and that our staff always felt at home. The rest of the hotel staff were genuine and friendly, customer focused and the facilities were great. I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Tsakhadzor for vacation or a business event.
